Pauline facilitates a range of writing workshops that cater to all writing abilities. No previous writing experience is necessary. The only requirements are a desire to write, a sense of humour and pen and paper. Workshops take place in a creative, empowering and encouraging environment. To enhance creativity, Pauline incorporates elements of mindfulness, meditation and contemplative writing practice.
